Chuck, I bought this derelict boat S&S Sailmaster 22 for $900.

The deck was seperated so had to start from scratch, ripping the deck off.

I extended the transom 16" to make it more delicate.

I rounded the cockpit with a new lazerette, rolled the rails aft and added outside combing.

Re-designed the coach roof to look more traditional.

It had a outboard well so I added a Yanmar 9 HP diesel.

It's my first plastic boat, can't say as if I'm really enjoying it, too much fairing and sanding. I'm changing the rig to a cutter rig adding bow sprit with roller reefing and self tending staysail.
