Hi...it seems to have been a long time since I sent you an update on my Navigator project, so please find attached some new photos etc...

Progress has been made but slower then I would wish due to being very busy everywhere except the garage worksite.

As you can see the bulkheads 8,7 & 6 have been screwed/glued into place along with seatfronts. The centercase has been completed and screwed together so as to try for accuracy and fit so that I can trim/plane if needed... IT DOESN'T!!! It's made to plan and fits 1st time PERFECTLY! I am very happy about that.

I shall now undo the screws and apply the Epoxy glue before rescrewing it together again. Instead of 4 bolts for the centercase I got a piece of threaded Stainless Steel rod which I have cut to the right length and shall tighten SS nuts/washers against each side.

The Engineering place where I got the SS rod suggested 3/8th galvanized steel for the centerboard which he will shape to suit but I haven't got the price for this yet so decided to leave this for later in the build.

That's all for now
Regards
Robbie
